Our services
We work with service users and their families to develop a comprehensive care plan for our dedicated carers to deliver.
Our services are specially tailored to your particular needs. Our carers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with visits from as little as 30 minutes a day up to 24 hour care.
We can provide care and support for:
- older people
- people with learning disabilities
- children and young adults
- people with complex care needs
- people with autism or Asperger syndrome
A named co-ordinator will work with you and manage your care, ensuring that the staff that support you have all the necessary skills and training and are able to meet your needs appropriately.
To begin with, a care assessor will visit to help you design a person-centred support plan (and, if appropriate, health action plan) that details exactly what you need and when. This can be in whatever format or language suits you best, whether that's Easy read, pictorial, CD-ROM, audio CD or Braille
Your co-ordinator will visit you on a regular basis to ensure you are getting the right support and that you are happy with the service you are receiving. They will also deal with any issues and changes that may arise.
The care and support that we can provide is very flexible, to ensure you receive just the right amount of help as and when you need it, whether it's just for a few hours a week, overnight or 24 hours a day, and can be on a temporary, intermittent or long term basis depending on your needs.
You can make changes to the care you receive whenever you need, as your requirements change or at any other time.
