Service user involvement helps us to continuously improve and develop the services we offer
We are committed to increasing service user involvement in the design and delivery of our services, because only by listening to our clients can we truly meet their needs.
We hold regular carer and service user feedback sessions as well as tenants' meeting for our Supported Living environments. We also carry out regular client surveys, focussing on different elements of our service each time, and use the feedback gathered to continuously improve so that we can deliver the best possible outcomes.
Where appropriate, we involve service users in recruitment processes.
We also organise social events for services users to attend.
