Our main aim is to enable service users to maintain control over their daily lives and fulfil their potential. Providing outcomes-focussed care and support enables us to promote and maximise independence for people who need support at home. Whether these requirements are "maintenance" or "change", we work with service users to achieve their goals. We aim to involve service users in all aspects of their daily living routines, the local community and promoting their independence.
