Our dedicated staff team are always ready to help, whatever you need.

Our co-ordinators, supervisors and team leaders will work with you and manage your support, ensuring the staff that work with you have all the necessary skills and training to meet your needs appropriately.

They will visit you on a regular basis to ensure you are getting the right support and that you are happy with the service you are receiving. They will also deal with any issues and changes that may arise. And in between visits, they are always available at the end of the phone, whatever your concern.
