Jay recently joined Ellfin to oversee all our specialist services. He previously worked for a specialist supported living provider, working with clients with a variety of needs including physical or mental health issues, autistic spectrum conditions, sensory or learning disabilities, and forensic conditions such as personality disorders.
He is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, is also a qualified Facilitator and has completed many other specialist training courses, including those relating to spinal injury and autism. The skills and training which Jay has undertaken gives him empathy and understanding with service users and his staff team.
Angela, Co-ordinator
Angela joined the group in 2008 and has over 20 years’ experience as a Care-Coordinator. She is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is trained to work with people with dysphagia, acquired brain injury and clients requiring suctioning. Amongst her other duties, she looks after all our children's services. Angela enjoys the variety that her work offers her, including spending time with clients and families, assessing children and managing her staff team.
