We can help with:
- care at home for older people who want to maintain their independence and stay in their own homes, offering a wide range of services from help on a daily basis with domestic tasks or personal care to live-in care, often a preferred alternative to moving into residential care, as well as support for people with dementia and palliative care
- support for adults with learning disabilities, offering a holistic approach to person-centred support packages as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We have several supported living properties which provide 24 hour support to people living in rented properties as well as offering floating support to people who live elsewhere, or at day centres, employment or college
- flexible and responsive services providing timely support and positive activities for children and young adults with physical or learning disabilities, ADHD, Down's syndrome, cerebral palsy, autistic spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour or other complex needs, to help them fulfil their potential, including support through the Time Out scheme, which provides two hours a week of support funded by the Local Authority to enable parents/carers to have some much needed respite.
-home-based support for people with complex care needs including spinal or brain injuries acquired through illness or trauma, and degenerative diseases such as Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis etc, as an alternative to hospital or residential rehabilitation and care
- support to people of all ages with Autism or Asperger Syndrome with packages available from an hour a week to 24 hours a day, including respite or intermittent support. Transitions are often particularly challenging and we can provide tailored, time specific support around these key life stages.
